CHICAGO -- The Chicago Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen on Saturday, Oct. 7.Solangie Meneses, 15, was last seen at her home on the 4300 block on West Park Avenue in Chicago's Belmont Garden neighborhood on Saturday, Oct. 7. SARATOGA SPRING, Utah (KTVX) -- A Utah man said he ordered a milkshake through a food delivery app but instead got a cup filled with urine. Caleb Wood, of Saratoga Springs, said he ordered fries and a milkshake from Chick-fil-A through the Grubhub app earlier this week.“When I started eating my meal upon delivery, I put a straw in my cup that was delivered and took a sip,” he said. “I soon discovered that the cup delivered to me from the Grubhub driver was a warm cup of urine.” Taco Bell employee gave haircut in restaurant’s kitchen, ex-worker says Wood captured the delivery on his home security camera. Wood said he called the driver back to his house and confronted him. KENNER, La. (WGNO) — TSA made a "fishy" discovery at the New Orleans airport earlier this month. CHICAGO — Chicago police say a homicide investigation is underway after a man was found dead on the city's East Side.Around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, a man was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head in the 9900 Block of S. SEVIER COUNTY, Utah (KTVX/KUCW) – A 13-year-old Utah boy died over the weekend after he was found with a tetherball rope wrapped around his neck.Sevier County Sheriff Nathan Curtis said what happened Saturday evening appears to have been an accident as there was “no evidence of foul play or suspicious activity.”According to the sheriff, the boy, identified by relatives as Maximus Knight, was helping clean up his family’s corn maze in Venice when they noticed he was missing. After a short search, they found the teenager with a rope from a tetherball pole wrapped around his neck. He was not breathing, nor did he have a pulse.
